Shipping policy

Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service (USPS), on Monday - Saturday. We do not ship on holidays, but the next business day after. When orders have been fulfilled, you will receive an e-mail update in regards to your tracking information.

Please wait 1-3 business days for orders to ship out. Once shipping number is available please check for updates when shipment is in progress and to be delivered to your destination, allow orders 3-5 business days to deliver. Please be reminded that once orders have been shipped out we are no longer responsible, please call your local post office for further information for they may have further specific updates. If you do choose to reach out to us, we will help to the best we can to provide a solution. We are not responsible for incorrect address and packages delivered to the wrong address unless an error was made on our end. if your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you didn't received it, you may call the United States Postal Service and address this matter with them at 1 (800) 275-877. Mani-Kay Botanic is not responsible for lost/ stolen packages that states delivered. We are not responsible for delivery delays.
