Refund policy

 All sales are final, NO RETURN OR EXHANGES due to sanitization purposes.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will take full responsibility and send out a replacement with a new item or issue out a refund in its entirety once evidence or picture have been provided.

• Please note we do not replace/ refund items that have been used.
